I’m so proud of Lady Tamarind. Oh, how far she’s come since her days singing in community theater in Altoona, Pennsylvania. She’s really earned this nomination for Lead Flavor in a Chunky Spring Soup. Have you seen the show – West Side Soupy? What a cast! Zucchini, basil, cilantro, tomatoes, chickpeas, brown sugar, and more. I mean, with a cast like that, she’s bound to shine! The reviews were phenomenal. “So flavorful! So unique. I could eat it all day long,” said the New York Times. I keep humming the show’s tunes all day…. I Want to Live in a Springtime Soup, and I Feel Soupy, and my favorite, sung by the chickpea – Paprika! I Met a Spice and Her Name was Paprika! Boy I sure do hope the show comes to DC.

Absolutely delicious. Perfect amount of base and chunky veggies. I love all things tamarind and chickpea. Thank you!!
I would call this the best soup I’ve had so far — and it had lots of competition!
Amazing! I loved all the vegetables. Bring this one back!
I loved the aroma and the rich, full-bodied, well-balanced, spicy-sweet-sour flavor of this nutritious soup. Next time it’s available, I’m ordering a quart or two rather than a pint!
Delicious! Nice flavor, hearty and good hot or cold. Please bring it back again soon!
My favorite so far, loved it!
Always good! Love everything about it. Yummmmmmmmmmmm.
This was an explosion of wow flavor!!! Fresh perfect and delicious! It was maybe a little bit heavy on the chickpeas though. Still easily 5 spoons though.
