The Carrot Squash Vaccine Soup

doctorThere has been a huge debate for the past few months – it’s all over the radio and tv. Everyone is talking about it! Should you or should you not get the Carrot Squash Vaccine Soup??? I think we know where I stand on this matter. Listen, I understand the arguments against it – the sweetness of the carrots and squash that are perfectly counterbalanced by the savory spices might make this soup addictive to some. Plus, we don’t yet know the side effects – will people bang down my door at night demanding more? Will people stop sharing with their loved ones and hogging it all to themselves. Will people climb to the rooftops of buildings screaming, “Exotic! Creamy without dairy! So fulfilling!” These are risks I think we should take. Here’s a scarier thought – a world without the Carrot Squash Vaccine Soup. No! Stop! I can’t imagine it! It’s too horrid of a thought. It is my duty to make this soup. Dare I say, it would be unpatriotic NOT to make this soup!!

Ingredients (in no particular order): butternut squash, carrot, cumin, coriander, paprika turmeric, lime juice, pinch of sugar, olive oil, onion, salt, pepper, homemade vegetable stock goodness
