Tabbouleh with roasted sweet potato – lovely!
Soft bulghur mixed with roasted sweet potatoes and tart dried cranberries make this a perfect early spring salad.
Ingredients (in no particular order): bulghur, roasted sweet potatoes, dried cranberries, apple cider vinegar, agave, cumin, cinnamon, scallions salt, pepper, olive oil

This salad was really delicious. Some bites would be savory and some sweet. I like the sweet better but it was all good.
