Parsley, thyme, and French green lentils
Whole wheat pasta, carrots, and chard
This soup is a true love of mine

So we can enjoy it at a later date

I don’t want to brag but there is already talk of a Grammy. Plus, it is going to be featured in Cher’s new movie, Soupstruck. It tells the story of someone who is struck by soup. Intriguing!!

Ingredients (in no particular order): French green lentils, carrots, swiss chard, whole wheat pasta, parsley, thyme, bay leaves, tomato paste, soy sauce, celery, garlic, olive oil, onion, salt, pepper, homemade vegetable stock goodness
