Light and fluffy quinoa and hearty chickpeas tossed together with a lemony-tahini dressing.

Ingredients (in no particular order): quinoa, chickpeas, cilantro, tahini, lemon zest, lemon juice, red onion, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil

    YUM! one of the best so far that ive tried.Almost ate the whole pint in one sitting:) Very tasty.

    Really good, and works perfectly as a side dish with gazpacho! But if I was going to eat it by itself I would want one more flavor or texture — carrots maybe? I’m not sure.
