Four Grain Salad with Curry

Grains and curry are simply fabulous.

There is so much flavor, texture, and color in this amazing winter salad! Filling, healthy, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients (in no particular order): barley, brown rice, bulgur, whole wheat couscous, raisins, walnuts, curry, radishes, scallions, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper

    What a delightful blend of flavors! A perfect salad that I just gobbled up. If any adjustment were to be made, I would add more curry, but then I am a curry fanatic. Love it!
