Did you know that pumpkin in a top source of lutein, which is an eye-healthy carotenoid? Can you pronounce the word lutein? Do you know what the heck a carotenoid is? No? Me neither. Don’t worry – no judgments. But clearly we should all be eating a heck of a lot of pumpkin! Good thing we are offering this soup, and that it tastes so darn good. Phew! Tomatoes, pumpkins, maple syrup, oh my!! Some words I would use to describe this soup are: lush, sensual, velvety, and smooth. By coincidence, these are some of the words I would use to desribe my ideal match if I were to post an online dating ad. Weird? Or a sign that this soup is a perfect match for you – single or attached!
Ingredients (in no particular order): pumpkin, tomato, maple syrup, canola oil, onion, homemade vegetable stock goodness, salt, pepper
Soup type: Pureed

When I first tasted this soup my eyes opened in wide admiration of Souper Girl’s powers. This is a magical soup. I LOVED this soup.
Oh lord this soup is SO GOOD! My coworkers were so jealous when it arrived, and even more when they smelled it. Can’t wait for more!
This soup was not only delicious – but my soup-related experience caused me to become a fan of Soupergirl for keeps.
I went to pick up my soup at the Marvin Center and then, striding confidently in the direction of the door, I whacked my leg on a bench and fell over, soup going everywhere. The Soupergirl attendants were wonderful, helping me to clean up and salvage the rest of my soup. When I returned home, dejected because I’d whacked my leg and also because I lost my soup, I had a very kind note from Soupergirl herself, inquiring into my health and insisting on getting me some replacement soup.
The soup was delivered to my work the next day by Soupergirl, who made sure I was OK. I shared the replacement soup with several coworkers, who were delighted and greatly enjoyed it, and shared the story with even more people, who were also delighted and impressed by Soupergirl’s customer service and general niceness. Great job!
