I came across this soup while galloping through the Sahara on my trusty camel, Le Soupo. Tired from a long day of galloping, I came across a Bedouin family who invited me into their tent to rest and recharge. After gulping down three bowls of this richly smooth pureed soup I demanded (politely) the recipe! “What is that secret ingredient that compliments the chickpeas and tomatoes so incredibly well,” I asked. “Rosemary,” the Bedouin replied! “I picked it up at Trader Joe’s. It is just down the road!” Rosemary! Of course! I rubbed my belly in contentment and smiled widely as I shamelessly took yet another bowl. I couldn’t help myself – it was so darn good. Finally, Le Soupo and I continued on our way, excited to return home and bring this fabulous soup to you, loyal soup eaters. Enjoy!
Ingredients (in no particular order): chickpeas, garlic, rosemary, tomato, sugar (just a pinch!), salt, pepper, homemade vegetable stock goodness, olive oil

So yummy! The best soup I’ve had so far from Soupergirl.
