Sometimes when I need a mental vacation, I close my eyes and picture myself in Jamaica. I imagine myself sitting on a perfect beach, watching the sun set over the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea, slowly sipping a bowl of soup. I mean, with sweet potatoes, orange and lime juice, coconut milk, curry and other spices, and dark rum, what else would I want? A pina colada? Oh please – do you know how much sugar is in those things?? Back to my mental vacation – while sipping soup, Tom Cruise walks over and he and I experience a fabulous movie montage (inspired by the movie Cocktail) in which we ride horses along the beach, have campfires under the stars, swim under hidden waterfalls, and feed each other soup. Lots and lots of this fabulously luscious soup. Oh how I love mental vacations.Archive for March, 2009
